Abstract oil painting composed of layers of bright colors, soft glazes, and beautiful white spaces. This painting I have worked on for over a year. It has made so many transitions, for of layers, mark making, experimenting, drips, and even some collaboration from my kids. It has found it's ending, and I love it so much. There is so much to appreciate and love after you have been through a storm. It isn't easy to see when you are in it. But, it is a lovely feeling to realize when you have made it through to the other side. I remind myself to look back and appreciate how far I have come.
