This is a new commission piece I worked on for an amazing client of mine. This is not the "final" image. We added a saying at the bottom that reads "Change is coming..." I have never painted a blue dress before that I can recall. My client also had a request of using the Pantone colors for Fall. It was really fun working with an already established color pallet.
