I just finished this piece that I am donating to
KC Young Variety. They have created an event at the Mission Farms shopping center. 19 artists have donated paintings that will be in the windows of each business through the month of December. These pieces will be up for silent auction.
To celebrate this event they are having a kick off happy hour at Blanc Burgers +Bottles. Thursday November 17th from 5:00 - 7:00.
KC Young Variety does amazing work for children. They help improve the lives and mobility of physically and mentally challenged children. For those of you who know me I have worked a lot with people who have disabilities and encouraging them with the expression of art. This charity really strikes a note in my heart. So, I hope that you all will come out and support this amazing cause... and maybe take home an original masterpiece while you are at it!
